Kitchen Optimisation
Do you feel stuck in a rut thinking about what to cook for dinner? Are you looking to get organised with your kitchen staples, food pantry, kitchen cupboards and weekly shopping? I can help you.
These sessions typically last a few hours and involve us going through your pantry, cupboards, fridge and freezer. I will work with you to identify staple foods that you may be missing and I will suggest replacement foods to those which you may wish to eliminate. I will help to make sure your pantry is full of wholesome and balanced food choices (that work for your family – and that you will stick to).
I will also identify ways to reduce toxin exposure (e.g. plastic storage, cooking pots/pans), help to optimise your pantry / cupboard organisation and provide you with a list of pantry essentials. I can also accompany you on a shopping trip to the grocery store to discuss food choices and healthy eating and can work with you to develop weekly menus and shopping lists.
